Overview
Most test prep tutoring is review disguised as preparation. The tutor and student work through content chronologically, spend time on material the student already knows, and never practice under conditions that resemble the actual test. The result is a student who is comfortable with the material in tutoring and still makes the same errors on the exam.
The Test Prep Session Designer builds sessions that are diagnostic first: identify the highest-impact gaps, practice those gaps under test conditions, and analyze errors with enough specificity to prevent recurrence — not just correct individual problems.
What you get: - Pre-session triage: the fastest method to identify the 3–5 highest-impact gaps before the session begins - Gap-priority matrix: which gaps to address in what order based on impact × likelihood of occurrence - Practice under conditions: how to simulate test conditions during the session - Error analysis protocol: for each error, determine whether it is a knowledge error, skill error, or test-taking error — because each type requires a different fix - Time management strategy for the test: how to allocate time given the student's specific gap profile - Pre-test protocol: what to do the 24 hours before the exam
Built for: tutors preparing students for standardized tests, unit exams, or professional certification assessments.
